2. Product Authenticity & Hallmarking

• All plain gold jewellery sold is 22 Karat BIS-Hallmarked (92%), ensuring maximum purity and value.
• Diamond jewellery is accompanied by authentic certification regarding clarity, color, and cut.
• Product images on the website are for representational purposes; actual products may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

3. Pricing & Gold Rates

Gold rates are subject to market fluctuations. Our offer of Up to ₹3000 OFF per 10gm on Gold Rate is applicable based on the prevailing market price at the exact time of the transaction. All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Festive Offers & Discounts

• Diamond Value: Discounts of up to 40% are applicable on the diamond value and/or gold making charges as per specific collection terms.
• Old Gold Exchange: We offer 0% Deduction on Old Gold Exchange, provided the gold meets our purity verification standards.
• Promotional offers cannot be clubbed with other ongoing schemes unless specifically mentioned.

5. Swarn Sanchay Scheme

Enrolment in the Swarn Sanchay Scheme is subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the scheme passbook. Regularity in installments is required to avail the full benefits of the scheme at the time of maturity.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Jewellery purchased can be exchanged or returned based on the "Buy-Back" and "Exchange" policies current at the time of the transaction. Management reserves the right to inspect the condition and authenticity of the jewellery before processing any request.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
